Changing mindset & energy from negative to positive helps in many ways and manifestation is one of those because you attract what you focus on. What we believe creates reality, so you have the power to change it, but it is a little harder that that since this sits in our subconscious. How do we change our perceptions, reactions, and beliefs to be what our conscious mind wants?

Daily gratitude is the first helpful step for manifesting because it creates a state of abundance within us & changes our mindset. By focusing on what you are grateful for in your life creates an understanding that you are provided for, you are safe, & you have plenty. Your energy then starts attracting more of this. Recommended every morning upon waking, or at some point in your morning, you should feel gratitude by opening your heart and not necessarily making a list. My go to statement and what I recommend for others to “fake it until they make it” is:
“I am alive another day. Another day of opportunity. An opportunity to learn, grow, give, and live. An opportunity to say thank you, I love you, or I am sorry. To breathe and to open my eyes to the beautiful world around me.”

Generosity is another step to begin manifesting. This can be in various forms: money, possessions, time, attention, aid, encouragement, emotional availability, and more. Generosity is not identical with pure altruism since people can be authentically generous to serve their own interests as well as others. Manifestation and abundance come more easily when it is truly for others from within your heart so this could be one of the harder steps if it isn’t already there. Donate items you never or rarely use, give monetary donations, be fully present for your children, encourage a friend, be supportive to strangers, and so on. One of my intentions every day is to be generous with my energy because we are here to support one another and lift each other up.

Switching from a scarcity mindset to one of abundance can be very difficult since commonly this was established during childhood and deeply established in your program or subconscious. A scarcity mindset attracts lack into your life therefore, logically, you want to change your thought patterns from shortage, lack, & insufficiency to success, prosperity, & abundance. Keep repeating the thought changes even if you feel you are just saying the words, and soon you will truly believe it. Instead of feeling annoyed when you pay a bill, say you graciously send this money out because it will come back to you multiplied. Instead of wanting more, be grateful for what you have, and your needs met, and you will begin to attract more. You can see how this change ties into the previous items mentioned.

Finally, a fun and creative way of manifesting is a vision board. This is simply a visual collage of images and words that represent your goals and dreams in life. Physically arranging them will help keep them at the top of your mind every day. This can simply be a board with post-it notes or creative with categories, pictures, phrases, etc. It is your vision board so do what resonates with you. Just remember, pictures are very impactful. Vision boards are a powerful way to activate the Law of Attraction to attract the people, resources, and opportunities that will help you achieve your goals and make your dreams come true.
