Welcome to Mindful InnerChange

We can help you change your thoughts and behaviors, so you may live your best life. There are a variety of services offered independently or can be combined into a custom program for you, depending on your goals, desires, and interests. We currently offer individual services in Hypnotherapy, Cognitive/Behavioral Modification, Meditation, QiGong and Yoga.  We have complete programs for Weight Management and Smoking Cessation. We will be evolving over time to add more services we feel would benefit our clients so be sure to check out our services periodically.
