No insurance is accepted
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations / Reschedules made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a $50 fee. No Shows will also be subject to this fee.
IMPORTANT: This will increase to $75 as of 1/1/2026

sooner than 48 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty.

- HSA/MSA issues a card that can be used
- NOTE: Some MSAs have codes for services accepted and your card may not go through. Be prepared with an alternative payment method until you know.
